Auckland Head coach
Meet Xavier, the Head Coach of Football Factory! With over 3 years of coaching experience, Xavier brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as head coach.
Having played football for most of his life, Xavier has an extensive background in the sport. He has played for the Wellington Phoenix, one of New Zealand's top football teams, as well as in the Australian NPL. Currently, Xavier is a midfielder for Hamilton Wanderers in New Zealand's top football league.
What Xavier enjoys most about coaching is watching his clients progress and grow both as footballers and as people. He takes great pride in tailoring his coaching to each individual's needs, helping them reach their full potential and achieve their goals on and off the field.
With Xavier's leadership and guidance, Football Factory has become a go-to destination for young footballers looking to improve their skills and achieve success on the pitch. Aaron Bayliss -

Meet our talented Hamilton coach, Aaron Bayliss, who brings a heap of experience and passion to our team. With a lifelong love for football, he has been honing his skills on the pitch for over a decade, playing in various positions, but primarily as a midfielder.
His experience on the pitch has helped him develop a keen eye for detail and a strategic approach to the game, making him an invaluable asset to our team.
His ability to tailor his coaching style to the individual needs of each player is what sets him apart as a coach.
With a focus on personalized training, Aaron is able to identify areas for improvement and develop training plans that target specific skills and techniques. Whether it's working on ball control, passing accuracy, or tactical decision-making, he is committed to helping each player reach their full potential.

Mirko brinkman -
Tauranga head coach
Introducing our talented Tauranga coach, Mirko Brinkman, who brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team. As a midfielder for Hamilton Wanderers, Mirko has played at the highest level in New Zealand and has also been a part of the New Zealand Under-20s squads.
With his impressive playing career, Mirko has developed a deep understanding of the game and has honed his skills in various positions, but primarily as a midfielder. Mirko is also an exceptional coach, with a passion for developing players to their fullest potential. As our Tauranga coach, he has a keen eye for detail and a strategic approach to training. Mirko's experience on the pitch has enabled him to develop a unique perspective on the game, and he brings this expertise to every training session.
Mirko's approach to coaching has been praised by many, creating an environment where players feel comfortable and confident in their abilities. He has also been commended for his ability to build rapport and establish trust with his players, helping them to develop into confident, skilled athletes.

We are thrilled to welcome Finn Mckenlay to the Football Factory NZ team as another Auckland coach.
Finn comes to us with a unique blend of knowledge and enthusiasm. He began his coaching journey by establishing his own coaching business, which provided him with invaluable insights into the intricacies of player development and team dynamics. Now, as a part of Football Factory NZ, he's ready to take his coaching career to the next level.
One of the most exciting aspects of Finn's coaching journey is his youthfulness and eagerness. Despite his age, he's already making waves at the top level of football in New Zealand. His remarkable achievements during his last year in High School playing for Westlake Boys speak volumes about his talent and dedication. Finn led his team to victory, securing all four coveted trophies available: the Knockout Cup, the Alex Harvey Trophy, the Auckland Championship, and Nationals.
With Finn Mckenlay joining our auckland ranks, we are confident that our players will benefit from his expertise, passion, and winning mentality. Join us in welcoming Finn as we look forward to a successful and exciting journey ahead under his guidance.
